Buying process for a house in Turkey 
Buying a house in Turkey is not as hard as you maybe think.
The process can be started if you find you dream villa.
First of all is it important that you will see your dream property.
Did you decide to buy a villa or apartment then we will enter the buying process.
There will be made a contract with all conditions for the sale.
In the contract there will also be a front payment which is to be paid when you are home again.
This front payment is most of the time 10% of the sale price.
Is the contract signed den the only thing you have to do is to leave a copy of your passport and 2 photos.
In the mean time we are going to work with the documents you left behind.
We go with you to the tax office, there you get a tax number, you need that for your bank account in Turkey.
With out a tax number you can not open a bank account.
We register you by several Turkish authorities to report the upcoming title deed.
When there are no objections then the sale can be done closed.
For this you have to return to Turkey to exchange your signature.
Then the house is put on your name.
Within 2, 5 - 3 months maximum the transaction has been made and you are the owner of a great
object in one of Turkish beautiful tourist areas.

This is normal and totally legal in Turkey and is good for you so you don’t have to pay that much tax.
With the buy of real estate there has to be paid buying and selling tax.
The percentage of the tax is 3% of the price stated on the Tapu.
This tax has to be paid by the buyer and the seller. Last you have to close earthquake insurance.
This insurance is obligated.

Notary.
Notary is not obligated in Turkey.
But if you wish to use one then that is of course no problem.
But al the papers will be translate by a translator, that is a official translator.
Tax in Turkey.
