The housing complex where our apartments are located is just by the side of Acısu River;
therefore with a magnificient landscape with a river in it.
There are two modern swimming pools; one for children and one for adults,

External walls of our blocks are made of double brick with styrofoam with the purpose of heat insulation.

which has 4.4 square meter area, connecting to child room via a Volkswagen door.

two sides of one of the windows in bedroom, open plan kitchen and a living room, all of the windows have flyswatter.
- A sample block and apartment may be visited and seen.
- The extras requested by the buyer other than above mentioned points will be added on
the condition that the cost thereof is paid.
A night guard, a gardener and a poolkeeper will be available in the housing complex.
