Technical characteristics of our villas ;

Interior structures of our villas in the midst of happiness are prepared intensive researches and

studies of teams that are expert in their professions.

Illumination with photocells and digital answering systems in entrances of villas,

remote control shutter, roller blind flyswatter,

heat insulated Windows with double glasses designed with decoration made of PVC joinery,

kitchen cupboards and furniture doors bearing ergonomic and sophisticated lines are

designed and applied for you by our interior designers.
            
Interior decorations of villa walls are made of satin gypsum, Italian paint and on ceilings plaster

ornaments with spot illuminations.

Floors of bathroom and toilets are coated with special ceramics and glazed tiles,

embedded reservoir sets, suspended closet systems are used.

Additionally Hilton type washbasins and bathroom wardrobe, Jacuzzi,

acrylic compact ( hydro massage ) shower cabin and optionally sauna are used to enrich the spaces.

Favourite designs of Artema and ECA Mix brands are used in armatures.

Floor coatings in our villas are completed by using  marble in living rooms,

balconies and wet areas, and laminated tile in rooms.

Furthermore, interior heating, air conditioning, electricity and LPG installations are applied by

planning for high safety and aims comfort.
